Family
Support Initiative
Worthy Institute has established an integrated approach to
strengthening families through providing support to families to improve the
health outcomes for families and communities. The primary focus of the
Family Support Initiative is to promote two parent families, decrease teen
pregnancy and non-marital births and improve health behaviors that impact
family wellness. The Family Support Initiative will provide programs,
services and resources to all families with a particular emphasis on racial and
ethnic minority families, low-income families and single parent households.
