The Diversity Workshop provides an opportunity for private businesses and public organizations to assess and review the personal and professional needs, goals and assets of their diverse staff. Organizations can increase knowledge, improve skills and expand awareness through team building techniques that focus on workplace diversity. The workshop is designed to assist professionals with developing effective relationships and increasing productivity within the workplace team.
