The Worthy Institute, LLC provides homeless community outreach services in partnership with DMK Homeless Outreach to the chronically homeless and homeless individuals.  Our organization partners with volunteers in the community and various community organizations to implement homeless outreach efforts.  Outreach services include distribution of food, clothing and hygiene materials to individuals in order to assist their daily lives as well as resources and information to assist them with establishing housing and long term stability.

The Worthy Institute is committed to education and prevention of illness and disease that affects all people in our community. We are able to accomplish this through state grants, corporate partnerships and fee for service programs that allow us to offer programs that help in creating positive healthy outcomes in our community.  The Worthy Institute provides programs and projects in the community that address community health issues and health disparities for all populations. 

The Worthy Institute has been providing outreach programs and services to high risk populations including low income families and homeless individuals residing in shelters and living on the street since 2005. Our organization is staffed with experienced community educators and community health professionals that allow our programs to offer specific vulnerable populations such as homeless individual’s culturally effective programs and services.  Currently, The Worthy Institute, LLC contracts with the Arizona Department of Economic Security to provide similar services to low income populations, which includes services to homeless individuals.
